Mr. Gao is Director of REMM – China and the main liaison between The REMM Group and Universities offering Real Estate Management in the Peoples Republic of China. In this position he will be receiving guests in the United States from China. He will be providing educational programs that share experiences and information that will promote the maximization of net operating income and extend the physical life of projects being built and managed. Mr. Gao during 2007 is undergoing an extensive high level educational program in the United States that includes obtaining a California Real Estate license, membership in the Institute of Real Estate Management and The International Council of Shopping Centers. He will be introduced to international professional real estate associations including The Counselors of Real Estate, Lambda Alpha, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and the Urban Land Institute. Commencing in 2008 he is scheduled to visit Universities in China assisting in the training of students for a career in real estate management. Mr. Gao was born in Xining, China and relocated to the United States in 1998 at the age of 16, attending High School in Oregon. He graduated from California State College at San Bernardino with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and a minor in Business Finance. He continued his education, earning a Masters Degree (MBA) in Business Administration at California State University Fullerton in 2006 with the emphasis in Finance. In addition to his role as Director of REMM-China, Mr. Gao is on an extensive fast track real estate educational program with The REMM Group to fine tune his expertise in Real Estate Management with emphasis on retail shopping centers to prepare the next generation of real estate managers in China and to act as a facilitator in introducing United States and other international retailers to the Middle Kingdom. Mr. Gao is, along with other Directors of REMM-China, writing a text book on Real Estate Management with Emphasis in Retail Management, scheduled to be completed in the fall of 2007. Mr. Gao unique insight to both Western and Eastern cultures and business practices is invaluable to the promotion of international trade between the United States and China.
