Both the Commercial and Multifamily divisions of The REMM Group added properties to their portfolios in first quarter. The new properties included two Class A office buildings in LA County, two office and one multifamily property in Orange County, and a shopping center and two multifamily properties in the Inland Empire.

The Class A office building located in West Covina offers newly renovated offices with views of surrounding mountains and hills in a high traffic location. Tenants include Wells Fargo Bank, New Century Mortgage and Consolidated Staffing Solutions.
The additional class A office building is in Covina and has secure underground parking with direct access elevator service, views, and newly renovated lobby and corridors. It is adjacent to Ikea. Current tenants include California Credit Union and Mercury Insurance.
The Orange County office buildings are 13891 and 13821 Newport Ave in Tustin. The YMCA of Orange County has its corporate home at 13821 Newport Ave. Tenants at 13891 Newport Ave include Tustin Community Bank, AM Solutions Group, Sarton Physical Therapy, Inc, Salem Chiropractic, and additional health, financial, and professional offices.
Multifamily properties include 35 units in Newport Beach at Fairway Villas Apartment Homes , 48 units in Moreno Valley at Bevia Apartments, and 21 units in Banning at Bevia Group Apartments.
Rancho Valley Center in Pomona rounds out the new properties added to the portfolio. The center is just minutes from The Shoppes at Chino Hills with a mix of retail, dining and service businesses.
