Responsibilities Include:
• Manage assigned community by being responsible for achieving leasing, management, financial and administrative goals as established by Regional Manager.
• Instrumental in maximizing market rents and maintaining high occupancy levels through effective leasing, marketing and management of the assigned community.
• Directs the work of personnel assigned to community and responsible for managing and training associates as necessary. Focus on strong team development.
• Develop and implement operational decisions that achieve occupancy, revenue and tenant satisfaction objectives.
• Maintain constant knowledge of market conditions.
• Demonstrate initiative, personal awareness, professionalism, integrity, independent judgement and exercise confidence and confidentiality in all areas of performance.
• Promote client satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate work activities and services from vendors, consultants, and other contractors.
• Ensures that the appearance of the community meets the company's established standards.
Qualifications and Experience: • Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in property management industry.
• Operational skills including budget, sales and marketing.
• Proficient with MS Office, with general computer skills.
• Yardi knowledge.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
Assistant Manager
Responsibilities Include:
• With minimal supervision, responsible for assisting the Business Manager with management of assigned community by fulfilling leasing, marketing and administrative responsibilities.
• Implements operational decisions that achieve occupancy, financial goals and resident satisfaction objections.
• Effectively qualifies prospective residents and thoroughly verifies rental applications.
• Records accurate data on prospects and new residents. Maintains accurate resident lease files and updates management software as required.
• Provides communication with residents including service requests, resident relations, community activities, community procedures, move out security deposit allocations and conflict resolution.
• Keeps informed of market conditions and understands competitive pricing by utilizing appropriate marketing resources.
• Develop and implement marketing and leasing plans to maximize traffic and rental closing performance.
• Coordinate work activities and services from vendors, consultants, and other contractors.
• Ensure that the appearance and physical aspects of the communities meet the Company's established standards.
Qualifications and Experience: • Minimum of three years in property management or related business operations.
• Proficient with MS Office with general computer skills.
• Yardi knowledge.

Leasing Consultant/ Resident Relations
Responsibilities Include:
• With minimal supervision, responsible for leasing functions of the community through effective marketing, leasing and leasing administration responsibilities.
• Provide customer service, leasing support and resident relations at the community assigned by responding to rental inquiries, scheduling appointments, touring prospects and qualifying applicants.
• Contribute towards occupancy, revenue and tenant satisfaction objectives.
• Contribute towards marketing and leasing plans to maximize traffic and rental closing performance.
• Maintain constant knowledge of market conditions and competition in the surrounding communities to better maximize rents. that could adversely affect community performance.
• Remain competitive in pricing and incentives in the surrounding communities.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Sales and marketing experience.
• Proficient with MS Office with general computer skills.
• Yardi knowledge is preferred.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
White-Glove Ambassador (Porter)Responsibilities Include:

Must be able to follow established procedures for routine work and will receive specific instruction on non-routine projects. Work will be reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives
Service Technician
Responsibilities Include:
• Turnover and renovation of apartments
• Responds and completes maintenance service requests in a timely professional manner
• Maintain the Cleanliness and Curb appeal of the property
• Responsible for routine maintenance and emergency problems if needed
• Communicate with excellent customer service to team and residents
• Strategically plan how to turn units with your team
• Keeps storage facilities and equipment in an organized way and working condition
Qualifications and Experience:
• The candidate must be a high school graduate and a valid driver's license.
• Experience and technical skills with apartments/multi-family housing needed
• Problem solve and take initiative, working with a minimum amount of supervision.
• High Sense of urgency while maintaining high quality standards
• Heating & Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Electrical, Cleaning, Drywall, and Painting
• Great communication skills
• Candidate must be able to work in an environment in which demands and priorities change rapidly.
