Sara D'Elia’s experience spans over 30 years, having had responsibility for over 3MM square feet of commercial space and over 12,000 multifamily units. Sara was awarded 2019 Real Estate Professional of the Year by the Orange County chapter of IREM.
Throughout Sara’s career, she has amassed extensive experience in acquisitions, lease ups and redevelopments. She has divided her time equally in fee management and owner- managed assets during her career. Her leadership and communication skills have produced a proven track record in business relationships, marketing, cost control and budget implementation.
Sara received her BA from California State Long Beach in 1988 and her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation in 1994. She served as President of IREM OC in 2013 and the chapter received a national award for innovation. She is a licensed California real estate broker. Her background includes acquisition consulting and expert witness testimony.
Sara D'Elia served on the Board of Directors for Mercy House Transitional Living Centers for 14 years and continues to support her community via multiple philanthropic contributions.
Christine Dales' in-depth knowledge of the property management industry guides her approach to operations. In 1986 Christine joined The REMM Group from the accounting industry. She spent twelve years training and overseeing the accounting team. She then served 15 years as Vice President at The REMM Group where she developed the broad vision needed for strategic planning and the management of REMM operations. She also manages the Human Resources and Marketing Departments.
Christine’s ability to integrate state-of-the-art property management technologies into the company has kept REMM at the forefront of advances in the industry. This integration includes overseeing the adoption and training of updated Yardi programs, including the Orion Business Intelligence Tool, Smartsheet collaborative work-management system and ShareFile document storage sharing software.
The vast experience Christine has in the Southern California commercial property industry gives her the comprehensive vision that she brings to discussions and decisions. Her outstanding client relationships and a detailed understanding of the challenges facing her team members add to her role as Chief Operations Officer.
Shawn Conerty has over 20 years of accounting and finance experience specifically in real estate and construction industries. As the Corporate Controller of Herman Weissker, Inc., a full service public utility construction company, Shawn provided the accounting and finance expertise along with assisting in the strategic operating management that resulted in a growth in revenue from $45MM to $400MM during his years with the company. Shawn served as CFO for Mesa Management and oversaw the accounting and finance department for over 3,800 multifamily units and commercial portfolio.
Throughout his career, Shawn has amassed significant experience and knowledge in accounting, finance, property acquisitions and dispositions. He is currently managing a $200MM real estate portfolio and is responsible for all financial matters, cash flow management, project level financing and lender relationships.
Shawn received his BS in Finance from Chapman University.
Director of Human Resources
Yong Held has over 14 years experience in Human Resources and the Real Estate Industry. Before joining The REMM Group, Yong had been a Human Resources consultant for various industries in Southern California and held the position of Human Resources Director for Mesa Management. She is also a licensed real estate agent in California, with experience in both residential and commercial properties.
Yong received her BA in Political Science with a minor in Sociology from Arizona State University and her masters in Clinical Psychology from Vanguard University. Yong is passionate about her community and helping young people. When she was in Arizona, Yong co-founded the Outreach Academy for the Arts; a nonprofit organization dedicated to working with at-risk youth and incorporating urban art classes in local charter schools throughout the greater Phoenix area
Jeanette Ruscitti, CPM

Jeanette has held management positions within locally and nationally known real estate companies: Wasatch Premier Communities, Trammell Crow Residential and Mesa Management. Jeanette Ruscitti served as Senior Regional Manager at Mesa Management since September of 2005.
Jeanette’s experience includes multi-family and retail management. Jeanette received her BA from the University of California San Diego in 1997, her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation in 2009 and her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from IREM in 2013. Jeanette is currently a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in California.

Windell Mollenido has over 18 years of experience in digital marketing and website development focused on multifamily and commercial real estate. He creates and manages marketing campaigns for our diverse portfolio of multifamily communities and lease-ups. His experiences also include SEO, SEM, business development, online reputation, data analysis, and marketing strategy.
Windell delivers new innovative solutions to an array of challenges facing our constantly changing industry. His marketing skills range from the macro-level of identifying trends and developing strategies, to the micro-level of programming languages and design software.

Nancie Petersen began her career in property management accounting in 1980. Her experience and knowledge is highly valued by both The REMM Group and our clients. Nancie has acted as client coordinator for more than 75 properties. She is accounting supervisor, oversees payroll and the property management software programs. This included implementing the software conversion to Yardi Voyager and ongoing training for all our accounting employees.
Prior to joining The REMM Group in 1994, Nancie worked for 13 years as a Property Accountant with T & S Development, which later became Inland Pacific Advisors in Riverside. Nancie also owned and operated a family business with three locations so her accounting experience includes a business-owner perspective. This is of great assistance to The REMM Group in the setup of systems and accounting procedures.
Christopher J. Ippolito
Chris Ippolito has over 20 years’ experience as manager of construction, maintenance, capital projects, and new build in multifamily properties. He is knowledgeable regarding all stages of repair and construction for multi-family facilities. He has extensive expertise in budgeting and planning to accommodate current and future maintenance and repair projects as well as identifying capital projects with a positive ROI.
Chris’ previous work experience included Western National Property Management, UDR, and The Irvine Company. At Western National, his responsibilities included final punch list and walks on new construction. At UDR, he was called on to oversee both routine local, state, and municipal building requirements and emergency capital projects. At the Irvine Company, he was responsible for completing all Capital projects for 104 apartment communities, approximately 32,000 units combined. He has recruited, trained, coordinated technical training seminars, and managed property maintenance professionals. Chris is a graduate of Lincoln Technical Institute and is HVAC Certified.

Robert Tanaka is a Certified Property Manager with 30 years’ experience in the management of commercial and residential real estate. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an M.B.A. from their Graduate School of Management (Anderson School) with a concentration in real estate and urban land economics.
Prior to joining The REMM Group, Bob was Vice President of August Management, Inc., an affiliate of the Glendale Federal (Glen Fed) family of companies. During his tenure with August, he was responsible for a portfolio of 25 properties including shopping centers and 4,000 apartment units. Additional experience includes the position of Vice President, National Investment Development Corporation; Housing Resources Management, Inc.; and Assistant Vice President with American Development Corporation and Sabina Realty Corporation.
