Sara D'Elia’s experience spans over 30 years, having had responsibility for over 3MM square feet of commercial space and over 12,000 multifamily units. Sara was awarded 2019 Real Estate Professional of the Year by the Orange County chapter of IREM.
Throughout Sara’s career, she has amassed extensive experience in acquisitions, lease ups and redevelopments. She has divided her time equally in fee management and owner- managed assets during her career. Her leadership and communication skills have produced a proven track record in business relationships, marketing, cost control and budget implementation.
Sara received her BA from California State Long Beach in 1988 and her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation in 1994. She served as President of IREM OC in 2013 and the chapter received a national award for innovation. She is a licensed California real estate broker. Her background includes acquisition consulting and expert witness testimony.
Sara D'Elia served on the Board of Directors for Mercy House Transitional Living Centers for 14 years and continues to support her community via multiple philanthropic contributions.
Shawn Conerty
CFO
Shawn Conerty has over 20 years of accounting and finance experience specifically in real estate and construction industries. As the Corporate Controller of Herman Weissker, Inc., a full service public utility construction company, Shawn provided the accounting and finance expertise along with assisting in the strategic operating management that resulted in a growth in revenue from $45MM to $400MM during his years with the company. Shawn served as CFO for Mesa Management and oversaw the accounting and finance department for over 3,800 multifamily units and commercial portfolio.
Throughout his career, Shawn has amassed significant experience and knowledge in accounting, finance, property acquisitions and dispositions. He is currently managing a $200MM real estate portfolio and is responsible for all financial matters, cash flow management, project level financing and lender relationships.
Shawn received his BS in Finance from Chapman University.
Yong Held
Vice President of Human Resources
Yong Held’s strategic leadership in the planning and implementation of quality-based human resources programs is demonstrated by The REMM Group achieving recognition as one of The Best Places to Work in Multifamily for the past 5 years. Yong’s focus at The REMM Group is on increasing employee engagement and improving the employee experience with our purpose, value and culture as the foundation. She provides executive-level leadership and guidance to all associates.
Yong has over 17 years’ experience in Human Resources and the Real Estate Industry. Before joining The REMM Group, Yong was the Human Resources Director for Mesa Management. She received her BA in Political Science with a minor in Sociology from Arizona State University and her masters in Clinical Psychology from Vanguard University.
When she was in Arizona, Yong co-founded the Outreach Academy for the Arts; a nonprofit organization dedicated to working with at-risk youth and incorporating urban art classes in local charter schools throughout the greater Phoenix area. She is passionate about her community and helping young people.
Jeanette Ruscitti, CPM
Vice President of Operations
With a diverse background spanning 27 years in multifamily and retail property management, Jeanette Ruscitti brings broad, well-rounded expertise to the industry. She is particularly skilled in developing operational efficiencies, optimizing property performance, and driving strategic growth. Her ability to leverage technology to streamline processes boosts productivity while ensuring compliance with landlord/tenant laws.
Jeanette also excels in risk management, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks to safeguard both property values and tenant satisfaction.
Over the course of her career, she has held a variety of key roles, including Regional Director, Senior Regional Manager, Training and Administration Manager, Audit Manager, and Office Manager. She has worked with both locally and nationally recognized real estate companies such as Wasatch Premier Communities, Trammell Crow Residential, and Mesa Management.
Jeanette earned her B.A. from the University of California, San Diego, and holds professional certifications including the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation and the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from IREM. Frank Thorp

Frank Thorp’s passion for market knowledge and revenue growth strengthens our client's investments. His market achievements demonstrate his clear strategies for increasing revenue, reducing cost and spear heading customer service programs in major markets. Frank has overseen the successful addition of more than 700 multifamily units at The REMM Group.
With over 25 years of property management experience, Frank has held positions as Director of Multifamily, Asset Manager, Regional Manager, Executive Manager, and Senior Manager. He also has experience in training, marketing, and facility management. Prior to working with The REMM Group, Frank held management positions, including Regional Manager, Asset Manager, and Director of Multifamily, within both locally and nationally known real estate companies such as Arnel Management, Western National Group, The Irvine Company, and UDR. He has experience managing real estate in the Orange County, Los Angeles, Inland Empire, and San Diego markets.

Windell Mollenido has over 20 years of experience in digital marketing and website development focused on multifamily and commercial real estate. He creates and manages marketing campaigns for our diverse portfolio of multifamily communities and lease-ups. His experiences also include SEO, SEM, business development, online reputation, data analysis, and marketing strategy.
Windell delivers new innovative solutions to an array of challenges facing our constantly changing industry. His marketing skills range from the macro-level of identifying trends and developing strategies, to the micro-level of programming languages and design software.

Sam Jones has more than three decades of commercial real estate management experience with leading regional and national firms, with expertise spanning retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use assets. Throughout his career, he has overseen complex portfolios, led high-performing property management teams, and guided assets through acquisition, leasing, redevelopment, and disposition.
Prior to joining The REMM Group, Sam served as Vice President at CIM Group, where he directed operations for more than 100 assets across the Los Angeles region. In this role, he collaborated closely with leasing, development, and construction teams to execute strategic initiatives and enhance asset performance.
Sam’s depth of experience in lease negotiations, budgeting, CAM reconciliations, tenant improvements, and operational strategy supports strong asset performance and long-term value creation. He is known for his results-driven approach, collaborative leadership style, and ability to build lasting relationships with clients, tenants, and partners.

Martin Wisinski
Director of Construction and Maintenance
Martin (Marty) Wisinski brings over 30 years of multifamily and commercial real estate experience to The REMM Group. He has held senior leadership roles at Alliance Residential, BRE Properties, Greystar, The Mosser Companies, and most recently served as Vice President of Construction at MDW Construction Management Services.
Marty’s expertise spans capital improvements, construction management, budget planning, vendor relations, and contract negotiations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from California State University, Long Beach, and maintains certifications in OSHA 30, HVAC, Emergency Fire, Flood and Restoration, Project Management, and Asbestos and Mold Training.
At The REMM Group, Marty leads construction and maintenance operations with a focus on operational excellence, team development, and mentorship. Cattlyn Barnes

Cattlyn (Catt) Barnes has over 20 years of accounting and finance experience in addition to expertise spanning multifamily, commercial, and capital asset oversight. She is highly skilled in Yardi, Rent Manager, and Oracle platforms and earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management/Finance from Brigham Young University.
As Corporate Controller, Catt leads day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. She partners closely with the executive team to provide strategic financial guidance, ensuring the company’s financial health and long-term growth.

Ross Greenwell has an exceptional track record of success and delivering quantifiable results to multifamily property owners. Ross was also responsible for large community acquisitions, and a 250 million dollar renovation.
Before The Irvine Company, Ross was with Garden Communities in San Diego where he served on the lease-up management team of a 17-story luxury high-rise with 704 units. Fourteen years of property management and nearly 20 years of total management experience have developed and proven Ross’s ability to lead, motivate, and hold his team accountable for a high level of success achieving demanding NOI and occupancy goals.
Ross studied at Utah Valley University. He became a California Certified Residential Manager in 2013.

Caron Wilson joined The REMM Group in March of 2002. Caron has over 23 years of property management experience with a strong operational background. For 16 years , Caron maintained the position of Assistant Commercial Property Manager at The REMM Group. Robert T. Tanaka, CPM, CSM

Robert Tanaka is a Certified Property Manager with 30 years’ experience in the management of commercial and residential real estate. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an M.B.A. from their Graduate School of Management (Anderson School) with a concentration in real estate and urban land economics.
Prior to joining The REMM Group, Bob was Vice President of August Management, Inc., an affiliate of the Glendale Federal (Glen Fed) family of companies. During his tenure with August, he was responsible for a portfolio of 25 properties including shopping centers and 4,000 apartment units. Additional experience includes the position of Vice President, National Investment Development Corporation; Housing Resources Management, Inc.; and Assistant Vice President with American Development Corporation and Sabina Realty Corporation. In the early 1970's, Bob was employed with the second largest developer of high-rise office space in Los Angeles' Mid-Wilshire area assisting in the marketing, leasing and management of their properties.
Bob is a licensed California real estate broker and former member of the Association of HUD Management Agents.

Jeanette Bradley
